We are solely focused on getting your ideas on to paper quickly and efficiently while creating a unique design that suits all your needs and is within your budget. We have experience in designing a range of different projects both large and small in and around Brisbane.

Ken is a pioneer within Designer Planning, and the first designer to walk through our doors in 2012. He holds a Certificate IV in Residential Drafting and covers areas such as Brisbane’s northside, inner suburbs, Moreton Bay Regional Council, and the Sunshine Coast.

Ken has gained a high level of expertise and project experience across a large range of different residential and commercial projects throughout Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Ken’s personal favourite projects to work on are pre-war house raising projects, complex designs and new homes.

Tom first joined us in 202, and is a licensed building designer servicing the Kingaroy and Toowoomba areas, who has completed a Bachelor of Building Design and is also studying Project Management.

Tom has experience across a range of residential and commercial renovations, extensions and new builds. Tom has completed these jobs throughout Southern and Central Queensland and works closely with town planners, surveyors, civil and structural engineers. Tom loves supporting his local community in Kimgaroy and the Southern Burnett region to deliver end to end design on all types of  residential and commercial projects, including new builds.

Thomas joined Designer Planning in early 2022 moving over from an architecture firm, and has completed a Diploma of Building Design. He has experience in a wide variety of residential projects from small extensions through to large house raises and high end townhouse developments.

His favourite projects to work on are Queenslanders with modern extensions. He likes both styles and mixing them together to create some truly unique spaces and structures. Thomas utlises his creative flair in the design process, some of which comes from his other passion for photography and videography.

Jordan joined our team in January 2024, bringing with him a degree in architecture from QUT. Prior to joining us, Jordan applied his skills as a building designer at MR Design, focusing primarily on residential projects, and also expanded his experience working for architects, where he delved into both heritage and commercial endeavors.

Jordan’s enthusiasm for integrating historical elements with contemporary design shines through in his approach to projects. His passion is a testament to his creative versatility and innovative mindset.

Outside the office, Jordan’s dynamic personality is mirrored in his love for basketball, snowboarding, and unwavering support for his beloved Broncos.

Regan became part of the Designer Planning family in 2024, bringing a unique mix of skills to the role of Client Services Manager. His has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Diploma in Business. He started his career in health as an Exercise Scientist in 2013, learning to understand individual needs and craft personalised solutions.

Regan loves talking and connecting with his clients and customers and strives to ensure that every clients experience with Designer Planning is satisfying. You’ll find Regan handling all enquiries and customer phone correspondence, ensuring a seamless experience for every client

Noelle has a Bachelor of Business, Major in Marketing and Minor in Graphic Design and started working for Designer Planning in 2018.

Noelle has worked in Marketing since 2015, coordinating all marketing elements for small businesses.  Noelle looks after all aspects of the digital space and marketing activities for Designer Planning. Managing the marketing team as well as creating andand editing, creating graphic design, managing social media channels, providing SEO, SEM, Analytics and much more for Designer Planning as well as clients in the building industry.

Marketing and Sales

Designer Planning also has a marketing agency side of the business. We offer builders and businesses a unique opportunity to have their digital marketing run by a team of local and real experts who understand both industries.
