Gold Plans
Our Gold package is suited to clients looking for drafting and for design projects where a full set of concept and construction drawings is required. Our Gold Plans are everything your builder needs to quote and build from.
Platinum Plans
Our Platinum package is suited to clients looking for an extended level of detail and who would also like more meetings, more collaboration & organisation of external experts including engineers, certifiers, surveyors & builders etc.
(This is our most popular package)
Diamond Plans
Our Diamond package is for higher end projects ($1M + in build value) where clients require a bespoke set of detailed plans. This fuly customised service is only offered after a phone consultation with our lead designer first.

Resilient Homes Plans
This package is setup especially for flood affected homeowners applying for the Resilient Homes Fund grant for a house raise project. We can provide recommendations for engineers, raise companies, builders and surveyors.

Decks
Deck plans include a site measure, on-site consultation to discuss design options with a Building Designer, a full set of concept and house plans, elevations and everything that you need to begin the engineering process. A engineering firm can be recommended.
Once engineering is completed externally, this is everything you need to give to your private certifier and builder.
*All other plans will include existing decks. This option is only for when full house plans are not required.

Carport
Carport plans include a site measure, on-site consultation to discuss design options with a Building Designer, a full set of concept and house plans, elevations and everything that you need to begin the engineering process. A engineering firm can be recommended.
Once engineering is completed externally, this is everything you need to give to your private certifier and builder.
*All other plans will include existing carports. This option is only for when full house plans are not required.

Pool Plans
This includes site measure, on-site consultation to discuss design options with a Building Designer, a full set of concept and house plans, elevations and everything that you need to begin the engineering process. A engineering firm can be recommended.
Once engineering is completed externally, this is everything you need to give to your private certifier and builder.
*All other plans will include existing pools. This option is only for when full house plans are not required.

Concept Plans
This includes site measure, on-site consultation to discuss design options with a Building Designer, concept plans and if you decide to proceed to the next phase of planning the cost of the concept plans is fully refundable towards the full set of plans.

Owner Builder Pricing
The packages above apply to clients who are going through a nominated/licensed Builder. If you are completing your project under an “Owner Builder Licence” please contact our administration team directly for an obligation free quote.
